Artists will need 2-7 days to carefully prepare the artwork for packing and shipping. Some Artists require more time and if they do, this information wil be diplayed at the description area with each individual artwork.
We ship via UPS and USPS and always fully insured. If
anything arrives damaged, please contact us immediately,
so we can take care of it. Please keep all original
packaging for the return shipment.
Ship to other countries than the US/International shipping
Yes, we do ship to countries outside of the US. For Canada and Europe please contact us, so we can calculate shipping costs for you. Non-U.S. customers should look into possible tariffs and/or duties that might be imposed by local law on incoming international shipments. We cannot be held responsible for any tax requirements imposed by governments outside the U.S.

Your satisfaction is our main goal.
For Individual
sales: We would be happy to exchange an item or you
can return it within 7 days for a full refund(shipping
costs will be paid by the customer). Please contact
us within 3 working days for return procedures . You

as each contract will be personalized to your needs.
Order Status
As soon as you have placed an individual order, we will
send you an automated message. As soon as we have shipped
your order, we will send you an automated message and
order/tracking number (if shipped via UPS). You will
then be able to track the whereabouts of your item and
expected delivery date.
